Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

• Log in to your account and go to your order history
• Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason
• We will email you a return label within 24 hours
• Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest courier point

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or colour, initiate a return and place a new order. We process exchanges as a return + re-order to ensure fastest fulfilment.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
